Design and R&D
Every Ciarko cooker hood is the result of the work carried out by our in-house Research and Development department. It is here that our Polish engineers and designers, using advanced software and our own laboratory, turn innovative concepts into tangible prototypes. We test the aerodynamics, performance and acoustics before a single piece of steel is even cut.
Precision Manufacturing
We use only the highest quality stainless steel from trusted European suppliers. In our automated production facility, every component is cut, bent and shaped with laser precision. This ensures a perfect fit, structural integrity and a finish that is clearly visible to the naked eye.
Installation and the Heart of the Hood
On our assembly lines, advanced automation supports our experienced teams of specialists. We pay particular attention to the heart of every cooker hood – the motor. We install and balance it with the utmost care, as its quiet and efficient operation for many years depends on this.
Testing and Quality Control
Every cooker hood undergoes testing to ensure complete safety for you and your family. We measure actual performance in specialised test chambers to guarantee effective extraction. We check noise levels to ensure our cooker hoods are synonymous with quietness and comfort. Before packaging, every detail is checked by our quality control team.
