Strategic production location

The plant in Sanok (southern Poland) offers excellent transport links to the whole of Europe – both western and eastern.

Our central location within the EU means competitive transport costs and short delivery times for our OEM partners. All production is concentrated in a single location, which eliminates supply chain risks and ensures full control over production processes.

We employ around 500 staff, including experienced technical specialists and R&D engineers.

State-of-the-art machinery

Regular investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies ensures high quality and efficiency. Robotic laser cutting systems, automated metal bending and forming lines, and a modern powder coating facility – all of these enable the precise execution of even the most demanding OEM projects.

A high level of automation, combined with supervision by experienced technicians, ensures consistent quality in large-scale production runs. All machines meet the highest standards of safety, reliability and precision.

Sustainable production

We have implemented waste management and production material recycling systems in accordance with European environmental standards. Investments in energy-efficient solutions (LED lighting, process optimisation, energy consumption monitoring) enable us to reduce the carbon footprint of our production. The production of A+++ rated cooker hoods is our response to the market’s growing demands for energy efficiency and compliance with EU Ecodesign Directives.

Logistics and distribution

Our modernised warehouse and efficient logistics system ensure timely deliveries to OEM partners across Europe and beyond. Real-time inventory management, route optimisation and collaboration with trusted logistics partners allow us to adapt flexibly to our customers’ production schedules. 78% of our production is destined for export markets – we currently serve four continents, including, from 2022, Australia and the USA.
