Frequently Asked Questions
Does working with us require ordering full containers?
No. We offer a flexible approach to minimum order quantities (MOQs). For selected platforms, we allow you to start with smaller batches, enabling you to test market demand without tying up large amounts of capital.
Will I receive an exclusive product?
With the ODM option, we design moulds exclusively for you — no one else will have this product. With the OEM option, we use tried-and-tested platforms, but thanks to extensive customisation, your product will be visually unique and consistent with your brand’s DNA.
How quickly can we launch a new model?
Adapting an existing platform takes a few weeks. Building a project from scratch is 50–70% faster than implementations by Asian manufacturers — thanks to production in Poland and our own R&D.
To what extent can I customise the cooker hoods?
Far more than just a logo. You have a say in the design of the front panel (glass, steel, sintered material), the electronics (controls, gestures, IoT), the lighting and the technical specifications (motor performance, energy efficiency rating).
Do you assist with certification?
Yes. We prepare CE declarations of conformity, product data sheets, energy labels and instructions in the required languages. The product is fully ready for sale in the EU and beyond.
I don’t have the technical documentation – is that a problem?
No. All you need to do is define your business objectives, price range and style. Our R&D team will guide you through the process, from sketches and 3D renders, through prototyping, right through to final production.
